Community Based Access to Injectable Contraceptives Toolkit

The Community-Based Access to Injectable Contraceptives Toolkit is a platform for strengthening the capacity of agencies and organizations to plan, implement, evaluate, promote, and scale up community-based access to injectables (CBA2I) programs and to advocate for changes to national policy and service delivery guidelines.

This website and accompanying explanatory PDF list is useful for advocates, program managers, policy makers, and donors. With this kit, the user can: 1. Access CBA2I advocacy tools, global evidence, and country experiences, 2. Learn about and evaluate existing family planning policies that support CBA2I, 3. Generate and share ideas for advocating policy change, 4. Network with other advocates worldwide, 5. View strategic guidance on piloting, implementing, and scaling up CBA2I programs, 6. Access curricula, job aids, and other implementation tools, 7. Share strategies and lessons learned with other implementing organizations, 8. Find examples of policies that support CBA2I , 9. Update national family planning guidelines, and 10. Learn about key issues in CBA2I policy development, program implementation, and scale-up.
