Religious Leaders Monitoring Form for Ministry
This monitoring form was used as part of the Religious Leaders’ Training Package. Once religious leaders had developed their individual action plans on how they would incorporate family health messages into their work, the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs would monitor the progress. The Ministry monitored activities and kept in touch with religious leaders to track efforts and outcomes.
